REPORT OF THE PLAYING CONDITIONS SUB-COMMITTEE 28th MAY 2008.

It was agreed to submit to a Special General Meeting on 12th June 2008 at 7.00 p.m. the following three motions:

1. That in paragraph 5.0 of Appendix A, from 5th July 2008, the start times be altered so that 2.00 p.m. becomes 1.30 p.m., 1.30 p.m. becomes 1.00 p.m., and 1.00 p.m. becomes 12.30 p.m.

2. That the following words be inserted at the end of Appendix A paragraph 5.0 "If a team wishes to start earlier than 2 p.m. (or 1.30 p.m. on the last two Saturdays in August and 1 p.m. in September) and this early start is mutually agreed between the teams involved and any umpires appointed to stand, then they may do so. If agreement cannot be so reached the status quo holds."

3. That paragraph 5.0 of Appendix A remains unaltered.
