The Report should be e-mailed to Chris Bates (mailto:esclumpires@gmail.com) by no later than 10.00am on the Tuesday following the Match.

PENALTIES
If this Report does not meet the deadline for submission a fine of £10.00 will be imposed. This will be increased to £25.00 if it is not received within seven subsequent days. If then still not received, points may be deducted.

UMPIRES MARKING SCHEME

I am aware that some of you are having trouble with the form.
Whilst I would prefer to receive the marks on the form provided, I am also prepared to accept an email in the format below:

I am also receiving responses with no umpires' names.
It is your responsibility to get the umpires' names, and I will return as incomplete any response without umpires' names unless it has the words "only 1 umpire".
