UMPIRES' MARKING SCHEME - Captains Please Read

Just to clarify a few issues in respect of the umpires' marking scheme.
a) All League appointed Umpires will now be marked.
b) You can mark both umpires on the the same card.
c) It is compulsory for captains to complete the cards and send them to me.
d) Failure to do so will incur fines.
