The competition is an invitation one, and is limited to 16 members. The league committee would not normally drop a team unless there is a good reason.

If you write to me asking to be considered for 2011, I will let the committee know that your club is interested in filling any vacancy that may occur and you will be added to that list.

Clubs will be judged on their merits, but priority will be given to the earliest applicants.

There is currently no vacancy for 2011, but the following clubs are on the waiting list in order of application:
